Rozszerzona wersja profesjonalnego i niezwykle popularnego programu do edycji grafiki rastorowej. Adobe Photoshop CS5 Extended w odróżnieniu od edycji podstawowej oferuje dodatkowe narzędzia do edytowania obrazów i treści z grafiką ruchomą, pozwalające m.in. na precyzyjne zaznaczanie, retuszowanie, stosowanie realistycznych efektów malarskich i wytłoczeń 3D.
